Great turnout by the Warley U3A, on Thursday 27th November, who hired Rumatica, not just to have a good time but to raise £100 for the Huntington Disease Charity. Rumatica played two sets totaling an hour and a half, taking everyone on a musical journey through the 60s and 70s. Check out videos on our Facebook and Instagram pages.
Yesterday’s performance fee of £100 was donated to Billericay Town’s under 11 George Bowring’s efforts in raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. George’s dad is undergoing treatment for a brain tumour, so young George wanted to climb Snowdon to raise money for the Macmillan charity. The fund currently stands at over £6,100.
